Save Money At Wal-Mart: Complete Walmart Surveys

Wal-Mart, like many successful companies, takes customer feedback very seriously. So much so that Wal-Mart has established a site especially designed for customers to provide feedback by completing a survey. Of course, customer surveys are a time-honored way to gather market information, as well as a way to keep in touch with customers.

Filling in the Walmart survey has a more immediate benefit to Wal-Mart customers. As an incentive, Wal-Mart offers customers the chance to win a $1000 gift card.

There is also another type of survey offered by other companies unrelated to Wal-Mart, who nevertheless run various promotions for Wal-Mart products. These promotions offer a free Wal-Mart gift card in return for certain information, usually only an email address. In addition, customers may be required to fill in various surveys and respond to additional promotions. The big advantage of these independent offers over the Wal-Mart survey is that the customer is guaranteed to receive the Wal-Mart gift card if they complete all the requirements of the promotion. Completing the Walmart survey only enters the customer in a draw in which they hope to win a gift card.

  2. I enjoy our Walmart here in Platteville, Wisconsin.
We purchase most of our staples here, plus things for special events. I am always greeted with a smile. We receive great service.

  3. My whole family has been shopping at Walmart since it first came to Wareham and have found it a great place to shop. Target came to town but Walmart has that beat.

  5. Transferred my first prescription to Wal-Mart. They called me on a Monday and said all of my 90 supply was not in and they would have it ready for me on Wednesday. When I arrived at the pharmacy the pills had come in but no one had marked the file to fill the prescription when it came in. Why did they think I had the script in there? They need to change their procedure if they don’t know how to use it. The pharmacist was not very apologetic. One of the girls there said that people make mistakes. Thank goodness that the girl who went off duty while I was waiting apologized for the delay or no one would have.

  6. I think you should put the “greeters” back in the stores. It’s not the same without them!

  7. Dear Sir: I have shopped at Wal-Mart for years, but last year I had a stroke. Since my stoke I can’t walk very well, so I need the aid of one of your handicap carts. Well, the 13th of this month I was at your College Station Store. Well of course there was no carts at the entry door that I going thru, so I had go to the other entry door. At the same time their was another lady that needed a cart. So we both was walking to the other end of the store, I can’t walk very fast but the other lady saw a friend and stop to talk to her so I arrived at the door a couple of seconds before her. I ask the man there about the cart and he gave me the cart, but the woman told him that she was there first so he made me get off and then HE drove the cart to the where the womans’ friend was waiting at the other end of the store. I am sorry to say that my husband and I were upset and to leave I had to walk back to the entry door that we came into. I did not appreciate being told to get off the cart, when I was already on it because HE was the one that gave to me. I was the only one that had ask for it. It was her word that said she was their first. I am a little upset because we have been in the store before and notice kids using the carts and no one bothers them.
